People Optima Services currently offers a specialist service to a number of manufacturing, media, mining and retail organisations.
Hence our explicit strategy to, together with our selected partners and partner organisations, aim to build long-term relationships in the pursuit of providing services to their unique needs. In order to professionally meet the above service offerings, People Optima Services has secured collaborative arrangements with organisations within South Africa, whose core business, products and areas of expertise naturally supplement and support our focus on product and service quality.
We operate primarily within the Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, Western Cape, North West and Gauteng regions and maintain the philosophy of virtual capability in providing a prompt and flexible service to our customers. Most of our Gauteng sessions take place in Pretoria, the Vaal Triangle and Johannesburg. However, due to geographical constraints, cost-saving initiatives and operational preferences, we currently find it more effective to conduct our business at the customer’s premises, normally at their request.
We appreciate and value the unique relationship that develops between a service provider and their customers. Hence our notion that such a relationship be established on measurable outcomes, based on sound business ethics and integrity to support credible corporate governance.
